Happy fall everyone! Jen here to update you on the happenings at my humble salon. Some things you may already know and some things you may not. Please read below for the latest information for some good stuff you won’t want to miss!
First things first, I have 2 awesome new stylists!
Vanesa and Oksana are both bright young ladies with lots of experience with hair color, balayage/highlights, and women’s cutting. They both have 5+ years of experience and are both excited about using organic hair color as they were ready to make the switch from traditional hair dye. Cancellation Policy
A gentle reminder that 48 hours notice is needed for cancellations and rescheduled appointments. I do have my booking app set up so that you will get notice about 3 days before you’re appointment. Most of you are great about informing me of changes ahead of time and flexibility works both ways with me and you as I know life happens. As a general rule, however, last minute cancelations will be subject to a cancellation fee up to the cost of the service if I am not able to fill the spot in time. Thank you for your understanding.
And Finally, a message for my clients…
As the holidays approach and things get busier, I may sometimes need to outsource the styling portion of your service to Oksana or Vanesa. It will not affect your appointment and will help me accommodate more of you plus keep me from running behind. The great news about this is they’re both specialized in styling thanks to working at Drybar, and it’ll be a great way to get to know them both. I also want to offer their services as an option in the event that I’m not available due to being overbooked, illness, or travel. I can ensure that they will have your formulas and that you’ll be in good hands. Consider them an extension of me if you need anything beyond the scope of what I can provide. And tell your friends! I’d like to see these talented ladies get busier.
To conclude, I want to say I appreciate each and every one of you for your support. I know times are strange given the economy and pending election. I know some of you may be very stressed and going through hard times. Please know that not only do I care, you can always talk to me if you need a budget friendly alternative, or simply an ear to vent when you get your hair done. I’m here for it and you. Thank you.
